A survey of young adults shows they are the most likely group to avoid meat and poultry.
16.2% of 18-29 year-olds never eat seafood, 10.3% never eat poultry and red meat, 10.2 % never eat eggs, and 23% never consume dairy.
60% of the Gen X group say they eat all foods, while 75% of all other groups stated the same.
Hispanics are more likely than whites or blacks to avoid red meat.
Women are more likely than me to avoid red meat.
