Veganuary 2014 Report
This infographic report describes the outcomes of Veganuary 2014, during which 3,325 people from countries around the world tried a vegan diet for a month. While there were a wide range of ages and previous dietary practices, 90% of participants were female, and 78% listed animal/ethical concerns as one of their primary reasons for participating. Of 711 people who responded to a follow-up survey, 95% stuck entirely or mostly to their vegan diet, and 50% intended to remain vegan. The goal for Veganuary 2015 is 100,000 participants.
