This study asked respondents how hard it was to limit red meat consumption, and asked which healthy tasks were considered the most difficult to carry out.
Asks respondents if they are having a difficult time changing certain behaviors so they can have a healthy lifestyle, including “limiting red meat or other fatty foods.” Also asks which of a series of such behaviors, including limiting red meat and eat sufficient fruits and vegetables, are most difficult for respondents.
Survey asked individuals if it was difficult to limit red meat or fatty foods from their diets:

- No (63%)
- Doesn’t apply (4%)
- Don’t Know (1%)
Also, the following tasks were considered difficult:
- Limit red meat or other fatty foods (8%)
- Limit salt or sodium (5%)
- Limit sugar or other sweets (14%)
- Limit smoking (17%)
- Limit sun exposure (4%)
- Limit alcohol (1%)
- Eat enough fruits and vegetables (7%)
- Get enough exercise (23%)
- None of the above (19%)
- Don’t know (2%)
