Opinion Poll Reveals Public Support For Ban On Animal Testing Of Household Cleaning Products

80% of consumers would be more likely to use a brand approved by the British Union for the Abolition of Vivisection, which would be “cruelty free” and “not tested on animals.” 79% of all consumers (83% of women) say they would likely swap brands of cleaners to one that was not animal tested if they discovered their current brand was tested on animals.
86% would support their local store in introducing a range of household products not tested on animals.
