A quarter of consumers are consuming more red meat than they did 2 or 3 years ago while roughly half are eating less red meat.

Asks respondents if they or their family eats red meat more often or less often than compared to two or three years ago.

Survey question asks “Compared to 2 or 3 years ago, please tell me if you or your family do each of the following more often or less often today. Eat red meat.”
