What We Eat In America
An integrated federal food survey by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, which is the dietary intake interview component of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) detailing foods and nutrients consumed. Various reports based on these data are presented.
