A study of students at the international Culinary School found that nearly all of them (97%) considered environmental responsibility to play a role in their career.
This survey conducted by The International Culinary Schools found that “greener” business practices are a top priority for students at the school; 97% of all respondents said that environmental responsibility plays a role in their careers.
This study showed that, among students at The International Culinary School, 97% said environmental responsibility will play a role in their careers. More than half of respondents said environmentalism is “very important.” Three out of four respondents believe it is important to include locally supplied ingredients and 55% want to include organic foods in their ventures.
