Restaurant Goers Top Corporate Social Responsibility Issues
This press release describes the Corporate Social Responsibility Study conducted by Technomics of the U.S. food service industry. The study revealed that restaurant goers consider animal welfare to be among their top three concerns.
This study of consumer attitudes toward corporate social responsibility showed the top three concerns among restaurant goers to be health insurance coverage, living wages, and animal welfare (selected among 14 issues).
The most socially responsible companies are perceived to be McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, Subway, Starbucks, and Applebee’s.
