Matt Backhouse is the Global Expert for Stray Animals in Need of Care - formerly the Head of Stray Animal Care Southeast Asia for FOUR PAWS International. An experienced companion animal management professional with over 15 years of experience, he has expert knowledge of the dog and cat meat trade, One Health, rabies control and humane population management.
