Laura Driscoll (she/her) is an animal advocate with a background in food systems research and environmental activism. As Research Director for Stray Dog Institute, Laura leads research projects and publishes articles and reports supporting the movement for inclusive, equitable food systems transformation. As a white person writing about social justice in the context of systemic racism, she acknowledges her privilege and hopes to use her voice to amplify the ongoing work of food system advocates with lived experiences of injustice.
