Elise is a researcher with a BA in Psychology from a university no one has heard of and an MSc in (Social) Psychological Research from the University of Edinburgh. During her MSc she discovered that conducting research for the animal advocacy movement is a legitimate career path and has been using her social psychological background to help farmed animals ever since. When she’s not working, Elise can be found buying an unreasonable number of plants, veganizing baked good recipes, forgetting to do her Duolingo, realizing after midnight, then setting her phone to a different time zone so she doesn’t lose her streak, and falling at the climbing gym.
Audrey is a multidisciplinary researcher and strategist with experience spanning corporate, nonprofit, and public policy sectors. Her work explores the intersections of social impact, culture, and behaviour change, with a strong interest in sustainability. She draws on tools like ethnography, social listening and open data analysis to surface new perspectives and insights.
