Carys is an Earth scientist with a PhD in paleontology from the University of Leicester, England. Vegan since 2000, Carys has a passion for vegan outreach and uses her scientific background to raise awareness of animal issues. In her spare time she enjoys doing vegan cookery demonstrations at festivals, rock climbing and aerial hoop.
James Videle is an organic farmer, activist and researcher, for the Humane Party USA and A.U.M Films (producers of Cowspiracy and What the Health). He currently lives with his wife, Mélanie Bernier and five rescue cats on a small veganic farm in Boileau, Québec.
