Beth Snyder has a BA in Economics and worked as a data analyst before taking a hiatus to focus on parenting her bio and foster kids. She is passionate about effective altruism and loves to garden, play violin, and hunt for fossils. She currently lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and daughter.
Joy is an MA student at Carleton University. Her research examines the psychological factors that influence the recovery and rehabilitation process among individuals living with spinal cord injury. Joy hopes to expand her impact as an animal advocate, beyond her personal network, by applying her research skills as a volunteer with the Faunalytics team.
