While being an animal advocate in several organizations, Simon is an undergraduate student in the social and economic department at the University of Graz, Austria. Besides his passion for animals, he loves playing the piano, reading a book in the park, and pretty much every sport that includes a ball.
Erin Aslami is a Master's student at Harvard Divinity School and holds a BA in the Comparative Study of Religion and Philosophy. She is grateful to the Effective Altruism community for informing her views on animal welfare. Much of her attention is consumed by houseplants, and she has been happily vegan since 2020 after outgrowing childhood soy, nut, and legume allergies.
