Katy is a data analyst with a Master's degree in food systems and society. She is interested in exploring ways to make plant-based diets a cultural norm. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and their daughter, dog, and cat.
Benny is a senior at Brown University studying Applied Mathematics and Geological Sciences. He has been involved with animal rights activism for a few years and leads the Brown Animal Rights Coalition.
