Daniel, graduated Business Management and is now finishing his studies in Human-Animal Studies and a specialization in Climate Change and Public Health in Lisbon. Besides living the plant-based experience in Portugal he has also enjoyed plant-based delights in Oaxaca, Mexico where we volunteered for a year, and in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
