Deb is a veterinarian, animal welfare consultant, and lifelong animal advocate. She was presented with the Humane Society Veterinary Medical Association’s Veterinary Advocate of the Year Award in 2013, and she authored a chapter on undercover video analysis in Veterinary Forensics: Investigation, Evidence Collection and Expert Testimony. Urban wildlife welfare and rehabilitation continue to be central interests for her.
