Jennifer holds an M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from Vienna University of Technology and an M.Sc. in Human–Animal Interactions from the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna. Her Master’s research examined empathy-related behaviours in pigs and received the Student Prize of the Forster-Steinberg Foundation. She previously worked as a researcher and project manager at the Computer Vision Lab at TU Vienna. Jennifer is currently a Research Project Portfolio Manager at the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety, supporting public health research with a focus on zoonoses and pandemic preparedness. Outside of work, she volunteers at an animal sanctuary, often caring for pigs and goats.
